I can’t recommend Yoto highly enough. The product is fantastic, the app works great and the customer service is second to none. I often joke that I wish they did adult audiobooks and I’d get myself one too!
The Yoto is great for both older and younger children. We got a second player for my little ones first birthday so now both our wee ones have their own player that double as a clock and night light for their rooms. I can control sleep sounds from the app to help them nod off. The older one loves the books and little one likes the kids music. Yoto Radio has some great tunes for us oldies (it’s not all childrens music) so you often get a bit of Oasis followed by Frozen! I believe the audiobooks have helped my eldest with his reading too. All in all a great all round product and well worth the money.

Our two girls (age 3 and 5) love their Yoto. We were not too sure about it initially, but it has gotten constant use since they discovered it under our Christmas tree last December. We love how it gives them control over what to listen. No technical issues that my 5 year old couldn't figure out either, and we like that the card selection continues to grow. We loved the first one so much we bought a second so that each girl can have have one to listen to their own stories with. The new card albums are fantastic also, and the girls love paging through their collection, sorting and reorganizing all their cards. The different type of cards (music, story, etc.) have different colour backs which makes it really fun to organize for them and easy to pick out the style of story they want to listen to. We really this product, the balance between high tech functionality and low tech feel seems just right.

Great product and great customer service experience. Would highly recommend this to anyone whos kids like reading. Also anyone who has grand parents living away from grand kids. As they can record a story for the children to listen to.

My 4 year old absolutely LOVES his Yoto player, and I love that he has a great screen-free alternative! He can spend hours listening to his cards, and I think it's really enhanced his vocabulary and creativity. Plus, their customer service can't be beat! I can't recommend the Yoto player enough!!

Great company, great products, great service and (when we had a small glitch with the plug for our Yoto player) great aftercare which resulted in a replacement being received within a day or two.

I purchased some items from Yoto and had some issues with one of the items. I emailed yoto customer support, I received a reply within a day and my replacement item arrived to me in the next two days - the entire process totalled at three days. It was an incredibly pleasant experience and they have the best customer service. I would recommend them to everyone. They have amazing products for children and an incredibly supportive team.

Great little player - my 2 year old loves it. I had an issue with the device and the team dealt with it efficiently. I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for an alternative non-screen device.

We love our Yoto! My son loves listening to the stories and gets so much out of all the podcasts and radio stations too.
We recently had a technical glitch which turned out to be a problem with our router and they where sooo helpful, even though it was a problem at our end not theirs. Great customer service, thank you Yoto!

We love our new yoto which I bought for my sons birthday. The content available is fantastic and i can see we are going to use it a lot, in many different scenarios!
Just want to give a shout-out to Luca from their customer service team, I ordered my Yoto for my sons third birthday and he ensured I received it just in the nick of time!

I bought some story cards for my nephew, but a card was missing from the order - the team responded to my email very quickly and the missing card arrived a day later. Very impressed with the speed and friendliness of the team.

Originally I got our Yoto to give me kids a break from screens and encourage them to use there imaginations while hearing a story. I also hoped the meditation cards would help my 6 year old with her struggles falling asleep. We now use it on long car rides and to dance the sillies out on rainy days. We are getting so much more joy out of the Yoto then I originally thought. And when we had an issue with the player the Customer Service was amazing and resolved the issue immediately. We ❤️ Yoto!

Support team were really helpful, quick to reply and stay in touch and friendly also. Very happy with the quality of service.
